Today’s water damage call was for a home in Mint Hill on Versage Dr. The owner purchased his home in 2005. Over the years he made upgrades in the kitchen where you would most likely find water damage but one of the things he did not upgrade was in-between the kitchen and the Garage. The water heater is at least as old as the date of purchase and after 15 years It may have been it’s time.
