Leaking appliances are a common cause for water damage to homeowners in the Charlotte area. One of our calls today for water damage cleanup in Charlotte was from a customer on Hood Rd in need of water mitigation services due to water coming out of the refrigerator. When they called they were not sure where the water was coming from exactly but after we arrived we noticed the source was the inside of the refrigerator due to a leaking water filter that ultimately flooded the entire kitchen.
