Noticing water damage in your living room when you walk downstairs in the morning is never a pleasant surprise especially if the entire first floor is flooded. This was the case with our customer this morning who contacted us for water mitigation in Charlotte. Due to a hole in the water supply line to the faucet while they slept the first floor of their home flooded. By the size and amount of water damage it appears the water flowed roughly for at least 7 or more hours. They went upstairs to sleep and did not notice the water until 9am.
