We received a call for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a landlord with a home in the University area of Charlotte. The homeowner Donna stated that her tenant accidentally left her kitchen faucet running while she ran upstairs. She sat down on her bed for what felt like 10 minutes before falling asleep while the water was still running. The tenant woke up after an hour to a flooded kitchen and Living room.
