We received a phone call for emergency water mitigation in Charlotte for business in south Charlotte. The company is a mom and pop restaurant that receives most of their customers on Saturday mornings and the water damage happen at the worst time because it was about to open for breakfast. when the manager arrived he realize that one of the employees left the restaurant faucet running while washing the dishes the night before. this resulted in a large flood in the business and the need for water damage clean up services in the restaurant. when the manager arrived he noticed water all over the place as well as water coming out the back door.
