As a water restoration company in Charlotte we often see some of the worst cases of water damage in the Charlotte area that is why at property restoration Inc. we have the knowledge and know-how to handle any situation of water damage cleanup.  This morning we received a phone call for one of those large cases of water damage the customer noticed in their laundry room that there was water all over the place and as she was walking towards the laundry room there were puddles in the carpet in water all over the kitchen floor with water damage to the walls. After checking out the reason for this water damage she quickly realize that the water was still coming in in issue was coming from behind the washing machine after a little bit of panicking they finally thought to turn off the knob in the back of the washing machine to stop the water damage from continuing.  After about an hour in China to get the water up there selves the customer and her husband finally gave up and gave us a call that property restoration Inc. to take care of their water mitigation needs. When we arrived we quickly got into our water mitigation process and extracted a lot of the water from the first floor of the house in immediately begin the girl with the demolition plan we had to cut out multiple areas of drywall due to the insulation and we had to rip up the tile flooring in the laundry room. After a few hours going to the water restoration process we were finally able to set up the water drying equipment and finish our task of water damage cleanup
