As a water restoration company in Charlotte we deal with water damage cleanup all of the time one of the things in an industry that we must encounter is that water damage happens at all times of the day and all times of the night.  Around 3 AM this morning we received a call for water damage cleanup from a customer in Easharli that woke up to use the bathroom as she walked to the bathroom she noticed water all over the place in heard the sound of water running in hitting the floor even though the water was not supposed to be doing she also noticed that the walls appeared to have water damage when she made it into the restroom she noticed that the sound was coming from the pipe and water was quickly gushing out of it.  She woke up her husband to see if he could fix the problem and he thought to go get his wet dry vac in the couple of towels but the problem was it was just so much water that the normal homeowner would not be able to handle and would need to hire a water mitigation company. After trying unsuccessfully they looked for a professional company for water damage clean up. when we arrive to provide the mitigation services the water was still coming on because they were in able to stop it but did not think to go to the curb as a water medication technician that is sometimes one of the first things we think of doing to slow the progression of water damage
