We received a call this afternoon for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing Water damage from areas that he did not understand. When he arrived home from work he stepped inside and realized his carpet was completely saturated and he looked around and seeing water stains throughout the living room and throughout the kitchen up the walls and immediately thought he must’ve left the water on causing water damage throughout parts of the house so he looked around and he could not find a single faucet that was left on he looked under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom and did not see leaks either so the source of the water damage was very very puzzling to him.  After looking around for a source water damage just got worse and he immediately realize he needed to contact someone for water restoration in Charlotte. He called us out to provide water mitigation services end of first thing we had to do was turn the water off at the cut off valve on the curb because of the way he explained the situation to us over the phone. In our year is it and is a water restoration company in Charlotte we understood that if you did not see the source of the water damage It is probably from the source such as a burst pipe that you cannot control by simply shutting off the water faucet.  Because of the way he explained the water damage was occurring our thought was completely right when we arrived we looked around and we listened and realized that the water was actually coming from inside of his award from the pipe that burst in the wall which is something that you cannot stop simply by turning off a faucet. Because of the location of the water leak in the pipe break we had to do a lot of demo to make sure there were no other areas In the walls with broken pipes after a few hours of providing the water mitigation services we got the drying equipment installed and made preparations for our next call for water mitigation services in Charlotte.
