Early this morning the customer contacted us for water restoration in Charlotte because they realize they left the bathtub running while it was stopped up which causes the water to run all over the place from the top floor to the bottom floor causing a major amount of water damage. The customer stated that the water may have been running for at least an hour to hour and a half before finding out what was going on the customer returned home from the store in the water was still going and she noticed that water was coming down the ceiling from the side of the wall. Immediately she rushed upstairs to turn off the bathwater and her and her husband went to work with attempts to do the water damage cleanup their self with towels in old clothes after about an hour trying they realize that it was a more water than you could imagine and water mitigation in their own home was not going to be a job that they can handle.  We arrived to provide the water mitigation services about an hour after customer called us once we walked in the first thing we did was move as much of the furniture out of the way as possible he proceed with the water extraction due to the vast amounts of water still lingering with in the home.
