As a water restoration company in Charlotte we typically do not deal with water damage that arises from hurricane or tropical storm‘s. Because of the geography of charlotte some causes of water damage does not effect us we are located further in land which protects us from things such as storm surge ocean floods or the types of tropical weather systems that effect the coast causing water damage to people throughout the state of North Carolina.  This week we finally wrapped up one of the many calls for water restoration services in Charlotte related to hurricane Florence because this was not your typical tropical weather system it was so massive that some of the water damage that people were experiencing on the coast was also being felt here in Charlotte with multiple homes under water on the first level or situations that cause the crawlspaces garages and other parts of a home to be impacted by water damage. We received so many calls for emergency water mitigation in Charlotte that we had to turn away some customers that were in need of a water restoration company because the situation was so massive around the city. Finally we are happy to say that we are officially complete with all of our Charlotte water damage cleanup calls related to hurricane Florence and we are now ready to work on water restoration services for other customers in the Charlotte area.
