In the Charlotte water restoration service industry, the reason for some of our calls for water damage cleanup can be at times repetitive. We receive countless calls for water mitigation due to broken pipes, leaking water heaters, accidental overflows and the list goes on. This morning’s call for water damage clean up was the exact same reason as yesterdays call for water restoration. The customer contacted us for water clean up at their home in Charlotte NC after returning from church to a flooded house with water damage to multiple areas. The reason they found their self in need of water restoration services was due to one of their children washing their hands after breakfast but not turning off the water. After talking with the customer it became obvious that the kids like to wash there hands for fun which is similar to my 6 year old but with all fun things kids do accidents do happen which is the reason the customer calls us for water damage clean up.
