We answered a call for water restoration in Charlotte due to a water heater leak starting at the inlet pipe. To the customers benefit the water heater is located in the garage which contained a good portion of the water damage to the garage area. When we arrived at the customers home to begin the water clean up process we did not have to extract water due to the benefit of the water heaters location in the garage which prevented a majority of the water damage from entering the area
