we received the call for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing and awkward sign of water damage without understanding the cause of the water. The customer contacted us stating that they noticed water all over the front of the house from one wall to the next and they realize that the carpet and baseboards and some of the drywall were wet in the home but they had no idea what the cause of the water damage was and wanted to try to start the water cleanup process but the water still kept coming in without and idea of why. after looking over the home and looking for sources of the water damage the customer contacted us for water restoration services and when we arrived it was perplexing as well but shortly after looking at all the areas of the water damage we figured that the water was coming from outside of the home due to a crack in the water supply line witched sent the water onto the porch or under the wall of the porch in under the under the porch itself and made the water come into the home through the Sill creating a massive amount of water damage without truly showing a source to the customer.
