We received the call this afternoon for emergency water mitigation in Charlotte at a home in the South Charlotte area that was experiencing water damage caused from the homeowners kids playing in the sink. which is this is something that has happened in the past with one of our water restoration customer this particular customer today was in the living room and noticed water coming from the ceiling and did not know why he immediately ran upstairs thinking there was a leak or something their was water running causing water damage. On the way up the steps he heard the water running in the bathroom as he was making his way to the bathroom he realized that his feet where were from walking upstairs to invest the cause of the water damage. As he made his way to the bathroom he realized the water must have been running for some time because the carpet was wet in the bedrooms also and there was standing water in the bathroom which means the water was running for a very long time before it leak down to the first floor.
