We received the call this morning from a customer in the middle of a water damage crisis at a home in South Charlotte in desperate need of water restoration due to a clogged sink that was overflowing for some time because the customer forgot to turn the water off after brushing their teeth this morning while preparing to go to work. The customer went through his normal preparation for work routine when all of a sudden he noticed water coming down the steps into his living room this immediately sent him into a situation of panic he ran upstairs and turn the water off right away only to notice water damage and multiple bedrooms along with the entire hallway and of course the bathroom due to the amount of time the water was running. After getting his bearings together the customer contacted us for water restoration services and we made our way to his home in the South Charlotte area to proceed with the water mitigation process and water extraction to dry everything out in his home.
