this morning we received a phone call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that returned home from work to find his entire downstairs flooded and saturated with water damage and almost every area. after walking through the door he hurt his children laughing and playing in the water and in spite of the horror of it all the customer attempted to figure out what caused everything when walking around the home he realized that the children were in the bathroom playing in water was continuously overflowing onto the floor causing the water damage so he probably turned it off immediately he contacted us for water damage cleanup services because his children cause the situation from playing in the sink.
