we received the call for water restoration in Charlotte at home on idol Brook road that was experiencing water damage due to a break in the water line inside of a hallway wall that is adjacent to a bathroom. The customer first noticed the carpet was wet in the hallway but did not know why and then they realize water was leaking downstairs from the same area in water was puddling in the bathroom also near that wall. this resulted in a large amount of water damage with ceiling tiles caving in in carpet being saturated along with the rhino in the bathroom buckling due to the water damage.
