we received a call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte due to an accidental water line break from the refrigerator of a home. The customer advised us that one of their children were playing with the refrigerator door and must have knocked something over the back of the refrigerator severing the waterline the child noticed puddles of water coming from under the refrigerator but did not alert the parents but instead ran off into the room. It was only about an hour or an hour and a half time that passed before the parent found out. The customer advised us that he happened to walk down stairs after taking a nap and realize that there was water all over the place trying to figure out what to do he made his way out to the main shut off valve in the front of his home and turn the water off quickly. At that point he tried to figure out the cause and noticed the source of he water damage was coming the source was coming from behind the refrigerator.
