One of the calls we received today was for water restoration due to a water heater failure at a home on Waycross Dr in Charlotte. It resulted in a very small area of water damage due to the fact that the customer caught it in time. While on his way to work this morning he was leaving his garage when he realized that there was a lot of water in the corner initially he also realized there was very low water pressure in his home but he had no idea this was something that would result in the need for water damage cleanup services at his home he thought it was just an issue with the city water lines.
