A customer contacted us for water damage cleanup due to a water leak that put their McKee road home in Charlotte in a very serious predicament due to a major amount of water damage that happened from the leak. The customer explained to us that when they woke up this morning they realized the water pressure was very low throughout the house and thought there was an issue with the water in the city so they nothing else about it. After sometime she went downstairs and noticed water all over the kitchen floor. She quickly realized she had to call a water restoration company in Charlotte to help dry out the home.
