We received the call for water damage clean up in Charlotte at a home on tyble a road that was in the middle of a situation that created the need for water restoration services. The customer explained to us that C was unaware of the cause of the water damage but she knew there was water coming in from beneath the wall that was making its way throughout areas of the home causing water damage in multiple locations which will result in the need for water restoration services at her home. When we arrived to look into the water dam is clean up needs at this home we found that the cause was a broken water line in a wall that is in the living Room but the same wall that Sears the water lines that leads to the sink in the kitchen. This created a large amount of water throughout the home because of the way that the water was coming out of the line it was able to travel undetected throughout the night which results in this situation of water restoration services.
