A customer contacted us today for water restoration in Charlotte at her Sardis Ln. home due to a leaking water supply line in the bathroom sink. The customer explained that over the past couple of weeks she has noticed that the carpet in her master bedroom appeared to be wet and she had no clue why or what was happening not thinking that there was a leak going on she thought maybe she spilled something in she would put towels on it to soak up the water in prevent any water damage. A few weeks into it she noticed discolouration on baseboard of the wall as well as what appeared to be water damage to the dry wall of the closet wall. This wall shared a common wall with the bathroom which directly behind it was the sync. After thinking about what could be causing the water damage in a closet she looked in the bathroom and under the cabinet she realized that the waterline was dripping slowly.
