We received a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer on over stream lane that was in the middle of a situation of water damage due to a broken water line inside of a wall in their home. The customer explained the typical scenario that occurs when discovering water damage with this one being the customer woke up early in the morning to realize that the home was flooding and they were in need of a water restoration company urgently to a dress their water mitigation needs.
