If there is one thing I have learned in the Charlotte water restoration industry it is that water damage can happen at any time but when it comes for the average home owner it happens when we least expect it or if we are not aware of it. 1. 3 people said, When I came in from work? The water was pouring out of the house.
2. I was grocery shopping and when I got home the ceilings where caved in.
3. After our vacation we came home to a mountain of water with buckled floor and sagging walls and ceilings

Water mitigation technicians hear the above statements on a regular basis and they all have one thing in common. As stated the homeowner either did not expect to have to call a restoration company for water damage clean-up services or the home owner just did not know about the flooding while it was happening after all you can’t predict a flood but statically thou water damage can happen anytime it typically happens when you’re not around to simply turn the source of the water off.
