we received the call for water damage cleanup in Charlotte at a home off of Walnut Street that was desperately in need of water restoration services due to a break in the water line under the kitchen sink. The customer advised us that they need water damage cleanup because of a mistake while renovating the kitchen that cause a break in the water line. luckily for the customer it was noticed right away and was not a situation where all of a sudden the water line broke and there is water everywhere and no one was present to see it. in this situation there was a lot of water damage that is needed and there was a sever in the line but they were present to see it which means the amount of water restoration services that they are in need of would be less than the typical situation of sudden water damage when someone is not around to witness it. The customer was in the middle of repairing or should I say renovating the kitchen and due to the amount of water damage that took place the time is going to take for them to finish is going to have to be extended but we are going to be able to dry everything out.
