Around 4am this morning we received a call for water restoration in Charlotte at a home on Mallard Pointe dr. The customer woke up to use the restroom when he noticed water in the hallway. He followed the water damage to his hall bathroom on the second floor. Somehow during the night the supply line broke to the bathroom sink broke and flowed unnoticed for hours causing his need for water mitigation services. His room is fairly close to the bathroom and received water damage to the walls in his closet but most of the water flowed down to the first floor leaving pools of water on the first floor and damaging the ceiling and walls.
