As we frequently say in the water mitigation industry it is very common to find similar causes for water damage from one property to the next whenever we are called out to provide water damage cleanup services for our customers in Charlotte. This morning we receive the call to book by water restoration in Charlotte for a customer that was experiencing water damage in her home due to a broken water heater.  The customer explained when she woke up in the morning she walked downstairs to find water all over the place in all of the rooms with water damage furniture and materials throughout the house the carpet was completely saturated the water wicked up the walls because of the amount of time the water must have been flowing into the house the baseboards were‘s were detached in some places the floors are buckling in the carpet actually delaminated along with the vinyl flooring in the kitchen peeling there were so many areas of water damage along with different materials of the house that this water mitigation job took a little longer than normal because of the amount of different materials and flooring throughout the house that was completely saturated with water damage.
