We received a water mitigation call from a Highland Creek home owner in Charlotte, NC. They turned on the dishwasher before heading out to shop for their daughter’s prom dresses. They were lucky and found the perfect dresses but came home to a completely saturated kitchen with wall to wall water damage. The dishwasher water supply hose was broken due to wear and tear. We arrived 30 minutes after receiving the water clean-up call to extract the water and started the mitigation drying process. We worked with the couple throughout every step of the water mitigation and water restoration process. We completed the kitchen renovation and they sent us a picture of their daughters on prom day in their new kitchen.
