This morning we receive the coma for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer experience in water damage  due to a sink overflow the customer stated as they were getting ready for church one of the children turned on the water to wash their hands before eating breakfast and did not turn the water off after leaving the house and going to church they were gone for approximately 2 to 3 hours all this time the water was flowing from the sink damaging the drywall creating water damage to the carpet to vinyl in the bathroom to the living room and into the kitchen.  The water flowed down to the second floor damaging the ceiling as well as the insulation in the wall when the customer came home from church they found water going out the back door as well as ponding throughout multiple areas of the first floor in the house and it completely saturated second floor after figuring out what caused it immediately looked online for water restoration and called us for water damage cleanup. we responded within 30 minutes to assist the customer with water mitigation.  After a few hours of demo we place the fans and dehumidifiers in all of the water damaged and affected areas that required significant rain and we anticipate due to the scope in amount of water damage the drying for this particular house we exceed five days.
