This morning a customer contacted us for emergency water mitigation in Charlotte due to what appeared to be a sudden pipe burst. The customer first noticed what appeared to be discoloration in a small area of the wall about a 2 weeks ago and thought nothing of it. What she thought was nothing is what some in the water restoration industry call a pin hole leak.
