As a water mitigation company in Charlotte one thing we know for certain is that water damage can happen at anytime day or night. It just so happens we are lucky enough that pipes break in the walls in the early morning just in time to keep us up all night drying up water damage. This morning was no different, about 1 am before going to sleep a customer called frantically because they noticed water damage coming from under the wall.
