So often in life we become busy with our daily routine’s that thinks that we typically do end up causing damage is to our house or other things that we use on a regular basis this is something that we always see in the water restoration industry and Charlie because we have to work with customers that use different items on the regular basis for appliances on a regular basis that end up creating massive  amounts of water damage to their homes because of a mistake or lack of information on how to use it appropriately. That is what brought us to today’s call for water mitigation and Charlotte from a particular customer that called us earlier this morning because they are top was overflowing while they were in the process of getting ready to go to work which ended up ruining their entire day and creating a situation that ultimately will cost thousands of dollars to repair in their house because of the way the water from the tub damaged.
