We received a call this morning for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that woke up to realize that her home was completely flooded with water damage in so many areas. The customer stated that see washed her clothes the evening before end put her clothes in the dryer shortly after the washing machine was finished during the process she thinks that she might have moved the washing machine or bumped it in a way that the hose was damaged causing water to start to slowly leak out during the night. When she woke up in the morning she heard the sound of water in walked around the downstairs area of the home to notice not one spot was dry and water damage was taking place to the walls to all areas of the floor from the carpet in the living room to the ceramic tile in the kitchen and in the bathroom to the wood flooring panels in the entry foyer the entire first floor was completely saturated with water damage in ponding of water that needed to be extracted as soon as possible. After a little bit of panic she looked online for water restoration companies in Charlotte and came across our company and contacted us to come by and extract the water thinking that’s all that would need to be done when we arrived we realize there was so much water that the drying process needed to start immediately end we prepared the water mitigation process to go forward.
