We received a call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer on Ridge Rd that was experiencing a major issue of water damage due to a broken valve under the bathroom sink. The customer explained that they were getting something from under the sink when it brushed across the pipe damaging the water valve causing water damage break in a way that water leaked all over the place causing water damage throughout the entire bathroom hallway area. Once we arrived we quickly removed a portion of the carpet in the hallway and extracted what remaining water was available to be extracted and made sure that we turned off the water at the valve to prevent any more water from flooding the home from under the sink.
