we received a call this morning for water damage cleanup at home in Charlotte that was experiencing water damage due to a leak in the water line connecting to the dishwasher. which is typical with a lot of our clients and customers of other Charlotte water restoration companies our customer stated they washed their dishes in the evening with the expectation that when they wake up everything will be clean and or dry. Instead they found there self in need of a water restoration company. The customer explained that they turned on the dishwasher last night but woke up to a flooded kitchen and flooded living room with water damage to the floors and walls. after looking online for water mitigation companies they contacted us. To lessen the chance of more water damage before our arrival we explained to the customer on how to turn water off at the main line if the shut off valve under the sink did not stop the flow of water.
