one of the calls we received this afternoon for water restoration and Charlotte was from a customer that was experiencing a situation of water damage caused from an overflowing sink in the master bathroom. The customer advised us that they were cooking and completely forgot that the water was running after she brushed her teeth which ended up causing a major leak where the water in the bathroom leak down into the kitchen beneath. This is not an uncommon issue as when it comes to answering calls for water damage restoration a lot of times we may find ourselves in situations where the customer forgot the sink was on or forgot water was running in some other way such as the shower and it results in a situation of water damage cleanup being necessary.
