we received a call for emergency water restoration and a home in Mint Hill which is right outside of Charlotte that was in need of water damage cleanup due to a leak in the water supply line to the toilet. The customer advised us that they woke up early this morning to use the restroom and realize that they were walking through the water that should not have been the carpet was completely saturated along with water dripping down the Walls to the first floor from the second floor where the bathroom was located with the leak. immediately they found the source of the water damage and looked online for water restoration companies in Charlotte and contacted us at Property Restoration Inc to come out and do the job for them. We arrived about an hour ago and upon looking at everything this is going to be a somewhat simple job because they must have caught it when it first started because the water damage that needs to be addressed is pretty much centralized and not spread all over the home. In total we’re just going to have to demo three rooms the bathroom in the hallway in a small portion of the downstairs hallway because the water leak downstairs but not that bad. As we get ready to dry out the house and move forward with the water restoration process this one should be completely dry in about three days.
