We received a call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte at a home one lawn Meadow drive that was experiencing an issue of water damage clean up due to a malfunctioned washing machine hose. The customer explained that when he turned on the washing machine to wash a load of clothes the correct amount of water did not leave the machine. Then the customer woke up in the morning to find his entire living Room in laundry Room flooded due to a burst hose at the washing machine.
