The customer contacted us due to a water leak that led to a large amount of water damage any one of the bedrooms of their home. The customer explained that they do not frequent that bedroom since the children moved out but decided to check in the Room and realize there was water everywhere with water damage to the floors the walls and the entire perimeter of the Room. After investigating and looking for the cause of the water damage we realized that the cause was due to a leak in the adjoining bathroom to the bedroom which is the reason they will be in need of the water restoration services.
