one of the calls that we had this morning for water restoration in Charlotte was from a house on Boyd Street that had water damage that was caused from a water line break inside of the wall in the downstairs bathroom of the home. The customer explained that they woke up this morning to find water all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway because of the suspected water line. Once we arrived the provide the water restoration services we evaluated the situation and opened up some of the walls to find where the location of the pipe break was and it was definitely inside of the wall in the bathroom and the customer was correct.
