We received a call this morning for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that forgot to turn off the bathtub faucet when getting the kids ready for school. The situation started around 6am when 2 of the 3 kids took a bath and in the morning rush the 3rd child did not get in but got dressed while the bath water was running. The customer drove the kids to school and stopped at Harris Teeter to buy some groceries before returning home to find the house was completely flooded with water damage to the ceiling, floors, and walls on both levels of the home. After panicking for a few seconds she looked for water mitigation companies in Charlotte and contacted us to provide the water mitigation services. After arriving we noticed water flowing out of the house in some areas and pooling vast amounts. We immediately proceeded with water damage cleanup
