We received the call for water damage cleanup and a home in Charlotte located in the NoDa area that was experiencing a large flow of continuous water coming into the home due to a broken pipe under the sink. the customer explained to us that he was in the process of upgrading his faucet when somehow he severed the water line below the shut-off valve which made it impossible for him to stop the flow of water which ultimately resulted in a very large amount of water damage to the home with water flowing throughout the entire kitchen into the living room into the bedroom and also into one of the bathrooms as well as the garage there were numerous areas where the drywall had to be ripped out as well as the flooring baseboards and carpet had to be ripped out also due to the amount of water that came in. as it is with a large amount of customers that are going through the water restoration process when it first happens they do not know who to call in this particular customer did not call us in time to turn the water off to minimize the amount of water damage he was experiencing.
