this morning we received the call from a customer on Austin ridge Lane in Charlotte in need of water damage cleanup services. The customer advisor stat earlier on Saturday night he washed some clothes in his new washing machine in prior to washing the clothes he tightened the connection to the water faucet which was not tight enough in due to it being loose flooded the home
