we received the call for water mitigation in Charlotte at a house in South in the South Charlotte area that was experiencing an issue with the washing machine that caused water damage to the laundry room only. This was a fortunate situation for the customer because they were able to quickly catch the leak and contain the water damage to the laundry room area which is more beneficial because the amount of water that was coming out of the hose at the time would have drastically been worse when it comes to the amount of water damage they would have had and more areas of the home would have been in need of water restoration services.
